These apparently came installed in some IBM Thinkpads (again, apparently only in some of the T30's and X30's). Unfortunately the latest firmware this card can take is 1.49 and it was already on the card and the installing the Intersil 3.0105 driver linked to on your site resulted in a failure of epic proportions (probably because the card holds the modem hardware as well), so your site wasn't actually of much direct help. Later today I wandered over to Lenovo's website and found an actual driver for Windows XP/2000 with a version number 3.04 for this particular NIC. I don't know nor care how it does it or how to find out but the driver actually enables WPA and WPA-PSK. This driver most likely works for this particular card only, but it might be of help to some who wander over to your site: http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-42480 The mail link said you wanted to hear success and failure stories so here's one with a litte of both. :)
