I made a Windows-based upgrade with WinUpdate.exe program use a Win2003 Server (a testbox from a friend ;-)). I got the "Error Programming Block. Continue anyway?" with Linksys WPC11 2.5 Driver and say "No". Then (after clean driver de/installation) i use the D-Link Driver for my PCI-Card D-Link DWL-520 Rev. B and it works fine. I use pk010101.hex sf010704.hex from your site. After the Update i was able to hide the ESSID and use WDS with my other AP. Before: wlan0: NIC: id=0x8013 v1.0.0 wlan0: PRI: id=0x15 v1.0.5 wlan0: STA: id=0x1f v1.3.4 After: wlan0: NIC: id=0x8013 v1.0.0 wlan0: PRI: id=0x15 v1.1.1 wlan0: STA: id=0x1f v1.7.4 Thanks for your nice howto. -- MfG Karsten Horsmann http://www.netzwech.de
